签证有效期过了还能领brp吗？
可以的 ，我在英国，不过我是在国内办的BRP卡，我的BRP卡的有效期是10.29号-5.29 我在8月3好入境的 然后我在今天也就是10.21去拿了BRP(在伯明翰) 在拿到之前我去查了，发现我的BRP卡上只有5年的期限，没有入境时间。 所以我当时拿的时候以为没戏了，但是结果他们还是给了我，还让我填了一个表 。所以题主不用担心！ 加油 ！
以下是官网内容 (来自gov.uk）： The immigration officer may ask you to confirm the date on your BRP when it is issued and this will be recorded in their systems. If they are not shown any indication that a specific date has been given for an application， then your BRP would have no expiry date other than the five year time limit from date of issue. In this circumstance we expect the Immigration Officer at Points of Entry to allow your BRP to remain valid until such point as you provide them with evidence indicating exactly which date was given by us upon original application for the document. This could be done using one of our reference numbers or via email directly from us. Once confirmation has been received， a new stamp showing the correct date can be added by Border Force staff if required. It should only ever be necessary for those individuals who originally applied online and provided us with details relating to where and when their biometrics were taken， so these people should already know what dates were used. However， it remains important that you keep hold of all relevant documentation including confirmation slips and receipts just incase you need to show evidence of exactly when your BRP was granted.
